We experienced 2 rooms booked and both equally have been fabulous but be aware that it's quite loud at night (esp through spring break) as doorways near and also the Appears carry/echo. Our rooms were incredibly clear and housekeeping arrived everyday to wash the rooms they usually were being restocked with water/beer/snacks.
